Refunds

We absolutely do, we want you to be 100% in love with any piece that you order from us. All returns and exchanges must be unworn and with all tags still on the garment. In re-sellable conditions, free of stains, tears and any damage and in all packaging.  We accept returns and exchanges 14 days from the date you received your order. Once we receive your item it may take 3-5 business days to inspect items, process and refund your purchase. After the return is approved, please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to issue the refund to your credit card.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
